Bizosamat Remote Admin

Who we are

A simple route to remote admin help

This site describes how virtual assistant work is usually organized and takes your request. The work itself is agreed with a service partner.

What you will find here

  • Plain descriptions of four kinds of virtual assistant work
  • Notes on what you would provide, such as access, templates and a point of contact
  • Questions to ask before you agree to anything
  • A form that sends your request to a service partner

The service partner is the business that supplies the assistant, sets the price and signs the agreement with you. This site explains the work and routes requests. The partner is the one who does it.

Setting up access and instructions

Good assistant work rests on the right access and clear instructions. For access, the usual approach is delegation instead of shared logins. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 both let you delegate a mailbox and calendar, and most CRMs and accounting tools let you add a user with a limited role. Passwords and one-time codes go through a password manager, so you can revoke them in one place.

For instructions, write down each task as you do it now, odd cases included. The assistant turns that into a checklist and updates it as things change. When something falls outside the checklist, they ask.

Limits worth knowing

  • We do not employ assistants or place workers in your business.
  • We do not sign contracts for the work. The service partner does.
  • We do not give legal, tax or HR advice.
  • We do not approve payments, file returns or make decisions on your behalf.

Our part is to explain how remote assistant work is usually organized and to pass your request to a service partner. For tax questions, the IRS website and your own accountant are the right places to start.
